We invite submissions that explore relevant and contemporary legal and policy issues, with a special emphasis on topics related to policy and governance, although the scope is not limited to these themes.
Originality and Review:
Only original content will be accepted. All submissions will be screened for similarity index and AI-generated writing. Manuscripts that have been previously published or are under consideration elsewhere must not be submitted. All submissions will be reviewed within two weeks of receipt.
Submission Portal:
Submissions must be made via the official platform at manthan.nliu.ac.in.
Word Limit:
Submissions should be between 1,000 to 1,500 words. This limit may be relaxed at the discretion of the Editorial Board in exceptional circumstances.
Content Ethics:
The Manthan Blog does not accept content that intentionally targets or offends religious, socio-cultural, or political sentiments. Submissions must strictly be limited to legal and policy-based analysis of the chosen topics.
Citation Format:
All references must be provided in the form of hyperlinks embedded within the text. Use of endnotes and footnotes should be refrained.
Retraction Policy:
A submitted piece may be retracted within 7 days from the date of submission.
